The BDOADVANTAGE User Enablement Experienced Senior serves primarily as an enabler of change. This role works directly with practice professionals to drive the digital transformation of the assurance practice from the ground up, including developing strategies to accelerate our digital transformation, deploying programs and initiatives that drive the use of our BDOADVANTAGE platform, and supporting the upskilling of our BDO Team members. The BDOADVANTAGE User Enablement Experienced Senior will report to the Directors - BDOADVANTAGE User Enablement to deliver hands on coaching and development of the Assurance Practice to leverage, optimize, and enhance BDOADVANTAGE, our suite of digital audit tools. Job Duties: Actively engages with Operational, Technical, and Industry Leadership Assists in deploying new audit technologies within the BDOADVANTAGE suite Optimizes the use of existing audit technologies Executes the deployment plan for National Training and Market Workshops to enhance the skill set of the BDO Team members Supports deployment of the marketing and internal communications plan around BDOADVANTAGE Serves as the first line of defense for BDOADVANTAGE questions from the practice offices Other duties as required Supervisory Responsibilities: Teaches and coaches associates to provide on the job learning Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, required Master's degree in Business Administration or Accounting, preferred Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience in the public accounting industry, required License(s)/Certification(s): CPA, preferred Software: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required Experience with various assurance applications and research tools, preferred Experience with PowerBI, preferred Language(s): N/A Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong working knowledge of audit methodology, policies, and procedures Outstanding communication, organizational (including multitasking and time-management), client-facing and teaming skills Ability to make decisions and deal with pressures of the clients and the practice Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
