Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Pharmacy Technician - Administration in Spokane Valley, Washington

Description The Pharmacy Billing Specialist is responsible to proactively audit, monitor, and analyze complex dispensing and charging information, processes and controls in order to ensure revenue integrity. This position responds to and resolves pharmacy billing issues and facilitates charge capture process improvements. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required Qualifications: Oregon Pharmacy Technician License or California Pharmacy Technician License or Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire 3 years of experience in health care or pharmacy billing, collections or medical claims processing. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field. 3 years of Work experience in as a pharmacy technician in specialty setting (e.g. long term care, infusion or specialty pharmacy).
