Compensation for the Customer Service Administrative Assistant

• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour DOE

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrative Assistant

• Work closely with Customer Service Department and Director of Business Development to provide clerical support, data entry, and printing of orders
• Fill in at front desk as needed
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Deliver packages to Material Services Department
• Product tracking
• Taking detailed phone messages
• Preparing info packets for Customer Relations Reps
• Proofreading correspondence
• Handling customer requests as they come

• Additional duties as needed

   

Requirements of the Customer Service Administrative Assistant

• 1+ Years experience in a fast-paced administrative support role assisting 1 or more departments and/or individuals
• Must type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Proficient typing / data entry
• Attention to detail

• Team player
