Compensation for the Business Analyst
- $75,000 - $106,000 Annually DOE
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid non-working holidays, up to 8% retirement contribution, annual bonus program, profit sharing
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst
- Discover and document current systems and process
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems to better the overall organization throughput
- Prioritize opportunities based on best benefit realization and alignment to objectives
- Develop a strong backlog for developers to execute efficiently·
- Monitor progress and report out on the delivered value
- Lead the refinement and implementation of business systems analyst best practices
- Develop team members to become more effective in identification and execution of solutions
- Collaborate on the shaping of the year to year digital strategy and long term objectives
- Participate in the support and development of systems
- To achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be required
- Push for rapid delivery and acceptance

Requirements of the Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or IT related field; master in business or related field preferred
- 2 Years of previous experience in business systems analyst
- Experience in translating user need into Agile methods
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Able to analyze system records and translate data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
