We wish to grow our existing general construction division to complete our multiple facilities expansion projects, expand our general construction capabilities for work in the community, as well as support our electrical installation projects, and we are currently seeking experienced general construction labor.

Minimum Experience Requirements
Qualified candidates should have 1+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential construction or contracting, to include experience with carpentry, HVAC, concrete and paving, plumbing and mechanical, and/or equipment operation.
Additional Requirements and/or Expectations
Applicants must possess a High School diploma or GED.
Applicants must pass a mandatory drug screen and background check.
Applicants should live within approximately 30 minutes of our Spindale, NC headquarters office.
Physical Requirements
Construction workers must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work from a ladder or scaffold, work overhead, and perform without hindrance activities that involve repetitive reaching, stretching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and/or bending. They must also be able to work in varied climate conditions, and should possess good balance, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, and the stamina to perform physically demanding construction work. Above all, a candidate must be able to safely perform the duties and responsibilities normally and reasonably expected of a worker in their position.
