JOB REQUIREMENTS: Labor Scheduler - R-31622 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Labor Scheduler Our growth relies on our extraordinary talent. The Labor Scheduler will be a member of the scheduling team responsible for the weekly establishment and ongoing maintenance of a 24-hour union hourly production staffing schedule for the entire facility. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Coordinates team training, vacation setting, and attendance adhering to best practices and ensures compliance within site Collective Bargaining Agreement. * Manages the schedule end to end change process. * Develop weekly operations staffing schedule in compliance with best practices and CBA: * Creates and posts holistic operations staffing schedule. Each team member may have primary responsibility for development of a functions schedule that is incorporated into a holistic schedule that is posted for all. * Executes formal communication processes among planning, operation departments, and Human Resources to ensure valid and complete schedule. * Participates and/or drives any Continuous Improvement. Manage daily schedule: * Protected and unprotected absences / leaves. * Daily call-ins. Core hours are Monday - Friday with a start time varying between 5 am and 7 am.
