We are seeking an entry-level Office Assistant to join our long-term, expanding company. This role offers competitive benefits, including a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and accrued sick time. The starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, based on experience. Candidates must be available to work a Monday–Friday 40-hour workweek with potential occasional weekends and be able to travel to a fixed office location.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) • Bilingual in English & Spanish or Portuguese (Preferred) • Reliable Transportation (Required)Responsibilities:
• Answer and screen phone calls. • File and manage store paperwork. • Handle sensitive information with discretion. • Have a basic understanding of human resource practices. • Perform tasks such as mail and lunch pickups (transportation required). • Complete administrative work and other tasks as delegated to support the restaurant.Job Type:
