Recruiting Solutionsis seeking experienced anddedicated Molding Machine Operator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing, especially those with experience in automotive molding and assembly operations. As a key member of our production team, you will perform manual labor tasks, operate molding machines, and ensure product quality while adhering to safety protocols.
Position starts at $18.25/hour!
Responsibilities:
- Operate molding machines according to work instructions.
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including stacking and packing assemblies and molded products.
- Lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
- Follow and maintain detailed production records.
- Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Abide by and contribute to 5S activities within work cell areas.
- Adhere to all company safety and operating policies.
- Assist in other duties as required by the supervisor to meet production needs.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing molding and/or assembly operations.
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Ability to follow work instructions and maintain quality standards.
- Capable of performing manual labor tasks and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
