As a Warehouse Associate – DC PRO, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Distribution Centers across receiving, inventory management, and replenishment. From operating forklifts and turret swing reach equipment to handling oversized packages, this is an exciting opportunity to put your skills to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The schedule for this position is expected to be 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

What You'll Do

Inbound Processing (75%)

  • Master powered industrial trucks like turret swing reach, order pickers, pallet jacks, and more.

  • Safely unload shipments, validate purchase orders using RF devices, and ensure accuracy for every delivery.

  • Count, inspect, and identify discrepancies in inventory to maintain flawless operations.

  • Replenish inventory at other DC locations by picking, packing, palletizing, and staging high-volume transfers.

  • Pick non-conveyable oversized packages from racks, working at heights using specialized equipment.

Truck Loading, Order Picking, and Packing (15%)

  • Prepare outgoing shipments and keep the flow of products moving seamlessly.

DC Upkeep and Maintenance (5%)

  • Keep the workspace safe, clean, and efficient while participating in ongoing improvements.

Other Responsibilities (5%)

  • Jump in where needed to ensure operations run smoothly.

Physical Strength & Endurance

  • Lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly (and occasionally up to 100 lbs.) while bending, stooping, and reaching throughout your shift.

  • Stay on your feet, standing and walking for long periods.

  • Flexible schedule? No problem! Be ready for longer days at the start of the week, shorter days later, and the occasional late night or overtime.

Skills & Mindset

  • Familiarity with RF devices, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and forklift operations is a plus—but we’ll train you if you’re ready to learn!
