As a Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with precision and creativity. You will manage campaigns, oversee projects, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Develop and present strategic marketing plans tailored to client goals and objectives.
Provide responsive support and guidance throughout the client journey.
Handle requests efficiently and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects stay on track.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform client strategies.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content strategy, and branding.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
