Summary About the position: This position is located at Club Eifel, Spangdahlem AB, Germany. Flexible position; may work 0-40 hours per week, days and nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand and walk and frequently stoop, reach, push, pull, and bend for long periods of time. Military Spouse Preference is not lost if selected for this position. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to perform a wide variety of manual tasks in food preparation and food service areas. The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Setting up and tearing down cafeteria lines, steam tables and dining tables. Operating dishwasher and manually scrubbing bowls, plates, pots and pans when necessary. Performing heavy duty cleaning tasks. Emptying trash and wiping down tables. Peeling, chopping, grinding and other methods of preparation of fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses. Serving from a hot line and makes cold sandwiches. Operating a cash register, accepting payments and making change. Filling in for other positions within the club at the same responsibility level or lower, when applicable.
