About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Receptionist Trainee position with our Spa Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • As the first point of contact with Club Members and hotel Guests, reception colleagues should provide a friendly welcome and the highest level of efficient service in order to meet any needs of members.

  • To courteously welcome all members to the Spa on each visit.

  • To ensure that all members "sign in" correctly providing all the necessary details.

  • To ensure that attendance data of residents is accurately recorded in the members file.

  • To ensure the telephone is answered promptly and courteously using the correct manner as laid down in the 'Operations Manual.'

  • To be a primary source of information about the Spa and the Hotel to all members.

  • To know and make use of all the standards of Jumeirah

  • Spa Reservations by telephone and email.

  • Selling Spa Treatments, -products and items from the spa Boutique.

  • Use of the Spa Program (bookings, bills,etc.)

  • Explain the spa and gym facilities and give the clients a little walk around.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Studies related to hospitality

Experience

  • Previous related experience is a strength

Skills

  • Excellent level of English

  • Friendly, approachable and professional
