Requirements:

  • Relevant of experience in Financial Planning.

  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.

  • Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) in Portuguese, English and Spanish..

  • Ability to succeed in a team environment.

  • Customer Service Oriented.

  • Strong research and analysis skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.

  • Excellent organization skills.

  • Schedule may require occasional work on weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide FP&A support related to expenses forecasting, HC control, budget, reporting and metrics in a timely manner.

  • Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders.

  • Uses financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets.

  • Outputs plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.

  • Creates effective business partnerships, manages competing priorities, and provides guidance based on data analysis during unexpected events.

  • Uses active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner.

  • Collects and analyzes quantitative data to develop relevant reports that drive cost reductions.

  • Seeks and leverages diverse perspectives in all activities.

  • Identifies opportunities to resolve defects proactively.

  • Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.

  • Cross train as back-ups for other staff in the case of emergencies.

  • Contributes to work life harmony by being a positive and collaborative team member.
