Robert Half has partnered with a growing organization in the Southlake, TX area looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist on a contract to permanent basis. As the Human Resources Generalist, duties include..

Compliance:

-Research discrepancies between employees, payroll, benefit providers, and government agencies to ensure the accuracy of records and compliance.

-Handle and process workers compensation claims and manage compliance with ADA, Leave of Absence and other-state mandated time off requirements.

Benefits Administration:

-Assist employees with benefit-related questions and issues, ensuring they understand and utilize their benefits effectively.

-Identify and implement new benefits and perks to enhance employee satisfaction.

Employee Relations:

-Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations, performance management issues and conflict resolution.

-Enhance job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, applying new perks and benefits, and fostering a positive work environment.

-Promote HR programs aimed at creating an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Requirements

Qualifications:

-3-5 years of experience.

-Green grads welcome as well as we will train alongside mind-set is there!

-Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.

-Excellent computer skills, knowledge of HR information systems including Workday.

Additional details include:

Pay: $25/hr on the contract side with an increase upon going permanent.

Schedule: (80% at home/ only 20% in office), M-F, 11am-7pm, CST.
