This role is strictly contract for 1-3 months but could go permanent after 2-3 month contract period for the right fit with a sizeable increase in pay Details: in Southlake (WFH Mondays & Fridays) - Zip code 76092 Pay $24/ hr Contract to permanent Start ASAP!!!
Requirements Responsibilities: Handle all matters related to employee relations within the organization. Investigate and resolve issues of employee complaints, harassment, and discrimination. Provide guidance and advice to managers and supervisors on employee relations matters. Support the HR department in implementing programs that help improve employee morale. Identify, coordinate, and conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover. Ensure current knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure organizational compliance. Collaborate with other HR specialists in areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, and training and development to ensure a consistent and fair approach to employee relations.
