About the Role

The Technical Specialist is responsible for leading all technical aspects of the Development team that develops, and integrates software for ADAS Driver Monitoring System electronic modules. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in software engineering, leadership in managing development processes, and a strong background in Camera and Image processing (ISP), BSP software automotive systems, particularly ADAS.

Your Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement

  • Lead by example, setting high standards for quality, efficiency, and ethical conduct

  • Technical Lead the design, implementation, testing, and debugging of software in alignment with automotive industry standards

  • Technical Provide expertise in System on Chip (SoC) implementations, particularly with platforms like TI TDA4

  • Technical Lead integration efforts using tools such as TI SDK, QNX, GHS Integrity, Safety Linux, or Safe RTOS, Clasic AUTOSAR

  • Lead complex troubleshooting and debugging efforts to resolve operational issues

  • Own Overall Software Architecture

  • Employ structured problem-solving methods like 8D to systematically address and mitigate issues

  • Oversee the development and debugging of applications or device drivers on embedded Linux

  • Manage all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring compliance with formal ASPICE/CMMi based Global Product Engineering Process (GPEP)

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Previous Experience on Leading AUTOSAR Projects (Optional)

  • Previous Experience on Software development on - TDA4/Qualcom/Nvidia SDK SOC

  • Experience on leading/Development on POSIX based Operating System like QNX, Linux, Threax

  • Experience with embedded Linux distribution systems like Yocto or Buildroot

  • Proven track record of building and managing software development teams

  • Strong expertise in embedded C/C++ programming and systems architecture

  • Familiarity with automotive industry standards and embedded systems development

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Your preferred qualifications

  • Experience with ADAS or other automotive technologies

  • Proficiency in modern software development tools and methodologies

  • Experience in managing distributed teams and international projects

  • Experience on CI/CD, Containerization, Digital Twin is an added advantage
