NTT Managed Services Americas, LLC dba Secure-24, LLC seeks Services Client Partner in Southfield, MI.

 

Duties: Leverage depth of relevant market/industry connections to interface directly with CIOs / CTOs and other non-technical Leaders. Responsible for sustainable top-line growth across assigned geographical territory. Foster excellent C-suite / Senior stakeholder relationships with new potential clients to NTT through fully understanding the client and the industry in which they operate. Promote and drive Services sales opportunities across net new clients to NTT thus leading the client's transformation journey ensuring the best client outcome. Access new markets, both from within an allocated geographical territory and from an industry perspective. Sell the value brought by NTT solutions and works with the wider organization on proposal writing thus covering complex services and multi-vendor deals. Craft all commercial constructs, helping negotiate and construct complex, multi-year deals to ensure win/win solutions for both the client and NTT. Oversee the end-to-end scope of the client project and bring in the relevant NTT stakeholders at the right point of the conversation to close the deal.

 

Requires 15 years of experience in related occupations. Also requires 12 years of experience in the following: Structuring large, global, multi-year profitable contracts. Requires 10 years of experience in the following: Engaging at C-suite level, to include sales, client engagement, and business development experience with the requisite understanding of relevant markets and market penetration strategies. Requires 9 years experience in the following: Position services offerings that span multiple technology domains across Managed Services, Support Services, Consulting Services, and Technical Services, incorporating as many possible infrastructure elements across Security, Cloud, Network, Collaboration, Application and Digital. Requires 8 years of experience in the following: Selling managed services solutions to large global enterprise accounts with experience working in more than one global and geographic markets as many of the clients we service have global footprints, bringing regulatory, financial, and geographical considerations that are unique to specific regions; Working within a global matrixed organization across more than one division, managing virtual teams above and below the candidate's position in the corporate hierarchy, which is critical to driving deal governance for rapid go-to-market pursuit strategies; Building strong corporate networks and navigating beyond their own internal "division" to determine the shortest path to get to the desired outcome for a client or deal. Requires 5 years of experience in the following: Integrating ITIL principles to services sales. Telecommuting is permitted. Requires 25-30% domestic travel.
