What you'll do AlixPartners, a leading global consulting firm, is searching for a Performance & Technology Partner who is passionate about delivering high value, complex opportunities. We work for owners, boards and CEOs and they hire AlixPartners to assist on solving their most complex, highest value opportunities. Our Performance & Technology practice works with healthy, under-performing and distressed companies across a variety of urgent, high impact situations. Our Partners operate in a leadership role within the group, leading large and complex client projects, developing junior talent in Performance & Technology, and impacting the business commercially. These leaders are recognized experts in their respective fields, using their skills and experience to build measurable, better outcomes for our clients. You will be viewed by the client as the primary contact for leading projects and client engagements on the ground, analyzing corporate performance, driving cost reductions, revenue growth and profitability improvement in 'high stakes' situations. What you'll need Minimum 18+ years of business experience or equivalent. 5+ years of Retail consulting experience in a professional services Firm environment preferred. Recognized for deep skills and passion as a specialist in Performance & Technology, particularly around organizational transformation, business and functional transformation, G&A, and organizational health. A solid track record of building and developing new client relationships with public, private and private equity backed organizations which lead to successful client engagements. Proven ability to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and ways in which we can support clients based on one's expertise, leadership, and outstanding results on engagements. Proven track record in business development and collaboration with C-Suite, funds, and financial institutions. Proven track record in leading all aspects of engagements, such as restructurings, liquidations, receiverships and judicial managements. Can run day-to-day operations of a project, navigate disruption, manage project commercials and staffing, and mitigate risks on the project, with support from Partner & MD.
