Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Director of Manufacturing at WISPR Systems located in Nesbit, MS. The Senior Director of Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, quality control, supply chain management, and resource allocation. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive continuous improvement. The Senior Director of Manufacturing will also be responsible for managing a team of manufacturing professionals and executing stragic initiatives to meet production goals and deliver high-quality products.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. *Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles. *Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. *Strong knowledge ofmanufacturing technologies, equipment, and best practices. *Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale manufacturing operations and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. *Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. *Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change. *Experience in the aerospace or unmanned systems industry is a plus. *Experience purchasing and ERP implementation.
