This is a RMA Support Representative position located in the Southaven, MS area.

Job Duties: Direct phone contact with Vendors, Customer Service, Sales Representatives, Product Managers, Credit Managers and Customers on issues that relate to customer returns. Works closely with Customer Service to resolve any discrepancies related to RMA receipts. Performs research that relates to return discrepancies when required. Works with vendors to obtain RMA numbers to return defective or RMA exception product. Develop working relationships with assigned vendors. Completes credit transactions on all RMAs in the system. Ability to make disposition decision on non-compliant returns. Communicates through e-mail and/or verbally to Customers, Sales Representatives and Credit Managers on all products being returned to the customer because of non-compliance. Process all customer refusals in the warehouse and on the system. Responsible for escalating to Product Manager if vendors is not responsive on return requests. Manages Return Center process for strategic customers. Ability to perform other Return Center/Warehouse functions when needed. Responsible for meeting service standards set forth by Return Center management on all assigned functions. Responsible for ordering packaging material from vendors. Other duties assigned. Regular attendance is an essential function of the RMA Support Representative.
