This position is for a Plant Manager with a company located in Southaven.

As a Plant Manager you'll be responsible for managing the manufacturing operation supporting the transfer from sending site, the new site set up and validation process, and to manage the operation during mass production. with direct involvement in the execution of manufacturing functions. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and execute on operational activities related to manufacturing and deliveries of goods and services according all Signify standards and local legal requirements (including quality standards, environmental regulations). Responsible to personally manage and execute activities related to production, process engineering, NPI, Quality, and Supply chain and procurement in SAP. Responsible to define and keep within standard KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory, including manufacturing performance and capacity utilization. Drive flexibility of workforce and able to adapt to fluctuations in demand, availability of material, customer requirement. Focus on business results, realizes annual productivity targets and sets longer term directions. Collaborate with business units on longer term cost roadmap. Lead the transfer of operations from one distribution center to a new distribution center.

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of distribution/warehouse experience or equivalent plus 2+ years in a leadership role (plant manager, general manager, lead, etc.). Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization. Experience working with NPI/NPDL product lines and transferring between distribution centers. Ability to apply critical thinking skills to direct the operation of the warehouse in a cost-effective manner, without causing disruption to general operations and respond successfully to a wide variety of warehouse problems. Lean/Six Sigma and Quality experience preferred. Knowledge of SAP required, SAP PR4 preferred
