Description
ETC is looking for a Service Coordinator for its Southampton, PA location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our field service personnel and providing top notch service to our customers.
Individuals should have a minimum of one year of customer service experience and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Applicants should also have strong Microsoft Office skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Some of the day to day responsibilities of this position include:
Assisting the Service Manager
Handling customer calls, scheduling and resolution of issues
Dispatch of service team and scheduling of staff on jobs
Processing of service reports and invoicing
We are looking for an individual that can plan , prioritize and use their time efficiently as well as be adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
