Description
Environmental Tectonics Corporation, a growing, dynamic US Company located just outside of Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Driver to support the general operations of the Company.
The ideal candidate is someone that is self-motivated, highly organized and uses their time efficiently. Daily duties to include driving the company pick-up truck and stake body to transport materials in liquid or packaged form to and from specified destinations such as railroad stations, plants, residents, offices and industrial yards by performing the following duties:
Drives truck to destination.
Verify load against shipping papers.
Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.
Loads and unloads truck.
Drives forklift when needed. Will train if needed.
Inspects vehicles, equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water.
To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate will have:
Good mechanical skills and knowledge of automobiles.
Clean driving record, following all rules of the road.
Experience driving a stake body vehicle.
Strong customer service skills
This is a Full Time 40 hour a week in office position and also offers opportunity for career progression.
