PDI Technologies Projects Installation Coordinator (Contract 4-6 months) in Southampton, United Kingdom

Projects Installation Co-ordinator (contract 4 - 6 months) 

The Projects Installation Co-ordinator will be responsible for assisting with various tasks as part of projects being undertaken for supermarket chains and branded wholesalers in the UK.

The Project installation team currently work weekdays only, between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm, though throughout the projects the hours worked will be determined by the requirement of the rollouts. Projects Installation Co-ordinator must be flexible with the hours required during the project.

The Temporary Projects Installation Co-ordinator is required to liaise with all internal departments and external parties to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

Manage rollout schedules.

Liaise with all relevant parties (internal and external) to ensure installation dates can be achieved.

Attend project update meetings (internal and external)

Complete pre installation tasks such as TID allocations, setting terminals up on terminal management systems

Ensure that the Metro call system is continuously updated when scheduled work is booked and ensuring that the wider operations team are aware.

Ensure that the rollout schedule databases are continuously updated when scheduled work is booked.

Complete shipments on ERP systems.

Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure stock available to maintain rollout schedule.

Liaise with the prep department to ensure that all relevant equipment is sent to the engineer/site to allow for the successful completion of the installation.

Provide rollout progress updates to the Field Project Installation Manager and other project stakeholders.

Arrange accommodation for field engineers as required.

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent communications skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work as an individual but also as part of a team.

Ability to be flexible as the project requires.

Preferred skills but not essential:

Previous rollout planning experience.

Service delivery experience.

Personal Qualities:

Desire to succeed and deliver exceptional output
