Carnival Cruise Line CRM Campaigns Manager -12 months FTC in Southampton, United Kingdom

Job Description

Carnival UK is in search of a maternity cover CRM Manager to manage our always on campaign communications.

Your Accountabilities will include:

  • This role will lead the overall planning and delivery of our sales campaigns, so you’ll be responsible for planning and executing the annual CRM campaign plan and in doing so, contribute to increased conversion, retention and value per guest.

  • We’re looking for a commercial individual who has knowledge of how to run complex CRM campaigns. This includes: guest comms planning, budget management, working with Revenue Management and product owners to support trading priorities, guest targeting methodology and have the ability to report on campaign performance.

  • You’ll have excellent communications skills and able to plan and present your campaigns to stakeholder groups. You’ll be experienced at working effectively with CRM insight analysts, data scientists and agency partners. Crucially, you’ll have the confidence in how to optimise email and DM Marketing, so the right message matches the right guest at the right time in order to achieve revenue and booking targets.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on 12 month fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership

To thrive as a CRM Campaign Manager, we're looking for someone who can :

  • Lead on the planning and implementation of complex multi-variant, highly personalised Email and DM campaigns to deliver commercial targets.

  • Manage CRM Executives and an Email Marketing Manager (who manages a team of 3 email marketeers) providing leadership, direction and development at all times.

  • Manage an annual budget and run month end reporting accurately.

  • Lead the reporting of your campaigns performance, working with your CRM Execs and our CRM analysts, using the Unifida CRM reporting platform.

  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless and optimised customer journey from comms to the website.

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments and act as CRM ambassador, raising awareness of the successes from the channel.
