Job Description
The HIM / Scheduler has primary responsibility and accountability for scheduling of all disciplines on the electronic software system, maintaining accurate patient records for billing purposes, supply inventory, oversight of the site’s HIPAA compliance, and other related clerical duties, and backup telephone responsibilities.
You have the responsibility for scheduling all field staff and communicating with staff, patients and physicians to maintain proper care coordination and continuity of care.
You will maintain and edit all schedules for patients, schedule add-ons and applicable orders, reschedule missed visits and declines, and communicate all changes as necessary.
You will run all scheduling reports and prepare monthly and weekly schedules and file patient records.
You will maintain adequate medical supply inventory.
You will answer the telephone and process new patient referral information.

Qualifications
Required
Two years data entry experience.
Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Education Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent.
