INTERIOR SOLUTIONS Installer in SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah
Interior Solutions is looking for an experienced installer to perform efficient installation and assembly of office furniture within clients' facilities, including systems furniture, case goods, accessories, etc. Is responsible for timely completion of the work with a high level of workmanship and a high degree of customer satisfaction. Demonstrate daily application of the company's vision and core values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- MUST HAVE 2-5 years' experience in furniture Installation.
- Clean driving record.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- DOT certified.
- Experience in driving a box truck.
- Own a general good set of tools.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and reading blueprints preferred.
- Ability to list 70+ lbs. on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under short lead-times and deadlines.
- Ability to consistently handle difficult situations in a calm, professional manner with both clients and employees.
- Basic analytical, problem-solving, systems-thinking and process improvement skills.
- Honest, ethical, and hardworking with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, all levels of management, and staff members in written and verbal form.
- Must be able to maintain a good rapport with colleagues.
- Must be self-directing and able to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed.
