We are in search of a Receptionist to join our client's team based in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to our team. Your tasks will involve scanning invoices, data entry, and assisting with special projects. This is a short-term contract position in the corporate accounting sector.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently scan invoices as part of record management.

• Accurately perform data entry tasks to ensure all information is up-to-date.

• Provide general administrative support to the team, aiding in the smooth operation of the office.

• Assist with special projects, contributing to the completion of team goals.

• Maintain professional communication standards, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Utilize basic office skills in the execution of all tasks.

• Collaborate with the team, working with a variety of personalities.

• Navigate through changes in tasks or projects, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.

Requirements

• Proficient in professionally answering and handling phone calls

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a front-office role

• Familiarity with basic office skills, including use of office equipment and software

• Ability to handle various administrative tasks like filing, typing, copying, and faxing

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality

• Must have a positive and professional demeanor

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
