Treatment Coordinator

*Responsibilities: *- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for treatment - Answer phone calls and inquiries from patients regarding treatment options and procedures and balances - Treatment presentation and follow-ups, provide information and guidance to patients about their treatment plans - Assist in financing for patients treatment - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction -Working with our insurance coordinator to assist with insurance verification and claims processing
*Qualifications: *2+ Years of Dental Experience required
*Requirements: *- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Generous Compensation: Based on experience
