As a member of the Recovery Workforce Team within Yield Management, this workforce operates as an internal consulting team in collaboration with our greater Recovery Operations segment to assist with identifying and addressing departmental gaps, solutions for driving results and analyzes overall workflow management within existing policies. This department will play a key part in the review and implementation of new client prospects for Recovery Resolution/Quality as well as define and drive strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the greater Recovery Operations space. As a Senior Recovery Workforce Specialist, this role will require self-motivation, intellectual curiousness, quick adaptability, comfortability with ambiguity as well as independent work, and have a strategical analysis to approaching workflow management working with the Team Lead. This role with act as a mentor for others on the team and within the greater Recovery Operations segment and be a subject matter expert on all segments of Recovery Operations: Workforce, Quality and Resolutions. Additionally, a Senior Recovery Workforce Specialist requires a presence to influence decisions by interpreting data and communicating clearly to solve and recommend any business obstacles of moderate to more complex scopes to drive help the greater Recovery Operations team forward.
Responsibilities
Assists Team Lead in more complex data analysis as well as collaborating with People Leader's to answer * more complex questions for workflow management. * Will assist with onboarding, coaching, training, and mentoring of New Hires. * Will create/ maintain onboarding and new hire material for a successful onboarding experience. * Have an active knowledge of Excel and Access platforms, and will train Recovery Workforce Specialist on * basic reporting and table/chart creations. * Understanding the operations of Recovery (workforce, quality, and resolution) for responsibility of * assigning of new work and creation of assignments for the greater Recovery Operations team. * Understand and interprets results of the greater Recovery Operations team to identify optimizations to * accomplish business goals and directives. * Assess quality of the business and partner with the Recovery Resolution Quality Team on projects. * Be a subject matter expert for Workforce, Quality and Resolutions. * Ability to prioritize work projects and requests with a sense of urgency for delivery of optimal results. * Work both in collaboration and independently on process flows and workforce management. * Serve as an active participant in cross-functional planning cycles linking our strategy to operating and financial metrics. Works with clients, customers, and partners to accurately assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve problems, or satisfy requirements. * Can be counted on to consistently meet or exceed goals and perform at expected levels. Demonstrates willingness and readiness to take on more responsibility. * Demonstrates ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely completion.
