Robert Half Facilities Manager in South Jordan, Utah

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Facilities Manager in South Jordan, Utah. As a Facilities Manager, you will be a key player in our operations, ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance and aesthetics, as well as handling resident interactions professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting educational sessions for new and existing homeowners, providing necessary materials and information.

• Managing compliance checks, documenting, photographing, and recording any violations observed.

• Issuing violations related to property maintenance and aesthetics, with detailed references.

• Coordinating the process of levying fines.

• Reviewing and ensuring correct submission of architectural requests.

• Addressing resident phone calls and emails professionally.

• Creating work orders for maintenance staff and vendors as required.

• Processing assessment payments received.

• Managing weekly debit card transactions and deposits.

• Welcoming residents, guests, and vendors upon their arrival at the association office. Requirements detail oriented and adaptable, demonstrate good time management and have demonstrated an ability to maintain the confidentiality of business matters • Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem-solving skills • Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel • Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and have high attention to detail • Have an excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible • Candidates must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and attend and community events as required • Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and a personal vehicle with current liability insurance – standard mileage reimbursement provided • Flexibility to work after hours on occasion to attend meetings • Must pass a pre-employment all candidates required to undergo drug screening and all candidates required to undergo background check TalentMatch®
