Description We are providing an opportunity for a Senior Accountant in the Manufacturing industry located in SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio, United States. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where the incumbent will be integral in maintaining and enhancing our accounting functions. The workplace is entirely on-site, operating from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and executing month-end close procedures

• Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations

• Assist in managing bank reconciliations

• Prepare and post journal entries as required

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial reports and analysis

• Utilize various accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for daily operations

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts

• Support the team in financial decision-making by providing accurate data and insightful analysis

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards

• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial procedures and ensure operational efficiency. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Proficient in Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of General Ledger

• Ability to prepare Journal Entries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Month End Close process

• Familiarity with NetSuite

• Proficiency in Oracle

• Knowledge of SAP

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in the Manufacturing industry

• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• CPA certification is a plus

• Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
