Job Title: Aerospace Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Aerospace Assembler to join our team. The role offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00, which can go up to $20.00 for candidates with aerospace experience. The position is a day shift with a flexible start time between 5:30 am and 7:00 am, requiring a 53-hour work week with the expectation to work 50% of posted overtime.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Pull orders from inventory

• Interpret dimensional tolerances to match material with router

• Assemble mechanical actuators

Essential Skills

• Experience in assembly

• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, or work orders

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

• Mechanical assembly skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical actuators

• Ability to use small hand tools and torque equipment

• Experience in a production assembly line

• Capability to work with light industry and medical devices

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, temperature-controlled aerospace facility. The position offers a flexible start time between 5:30 am and 7:00 am, with the possibility of a second shift if desired. Employees are required to work 50% of posted overtime, typically resulting in a 52-hour week.

This is a contract to hire position based out of South Euclid, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
