What you’ll do as a Dispatcher
Receives work order and dispatches to appropriate field technician.
Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service.
Keeps record of service calls and work orders.
Dispatches orders and relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments.
Provide accurate and reliable information to others in the company.
Requires safe and responsible computer and related technology use.
Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need
3 years of more years of dispatching experience preferred
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Applicant should have some basic computer knowledge and the desire to learn new computer programs.
Applicant must be detail oriented and understand the volatile impact of accurate audit findings and reporting.
Salary Range $20 - $24 / hr (based on experience)
*As required by California regulation, the pay scale for this position is $20 - $24/hr (Salary is commensurate with experience)
