West Virginia Employer Director of Postsecondary Readiness Programs in South Charleston, West Virginia
The Director of Postsecondary Readiness Programs is a key leader in Curriculum and Instruction development and implementation for GEAR UP program participants. The director plays a central role in supporting underserved students and families by identifying students in need of support, developing, and aligning support services in line with the GEAR UP framework, and monitoring outcomes and implementation. This is a full-time position with the state's higher higher education commission. Qualifies candidates applying for this position must have a Master's degree in education, counseling, high education or a related field. Also, must have at least four years experience in curriculum or program development. This is a full-time position requiring in-state and out-of-state travel.
