Adecco US, Inc. Wholesale Order Clerk in South Burlington, Vermont
Adecco is hiring a Wholesale , a trusted and customer-focused pet supply distributor, as a Wholesale Order Processing Specialist ! In this role, you will be the key point of contact for dealers and sales representatives, ensuring timely and accurate order processing while delivering exceptional service. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help maintain smooth product flow and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Receive and process wholesale orders via phone, email, and website.
Accurately enter orders into the system and coordinate item retrieval as needed.
Adjust and invoice orders while ensuring smooth shipping documentation.
Track backorders, preorders, and credits to maintain efficient order flow.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Address shipping concerns, product inquiries, and order discrepancies.
Issue credits for order errors within 24 hours of delivery.
Assist in creating custom order sheets for dealers.
Inventory & Reporting
Pull and send end-of-day reports for product transfers and out-of-stock items.
Track and submit necessary paperwork to ensure timely vendor bill-backs.
Monitor and set up wholesale credits, coupons, and frequent purchaser cards.
Administrative Support
Support weekly monitoring of online dealer submissions.
Collaborate with teams to improve order accuracy and efficiency.
Perform additional duties as needed to support wholesale operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in order processing, inventory management, or customer service preferred.
Proficiency with order management software and Microsoft Office.
Passion for the pet industry is a plus!
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
