We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Workplace Operations to oversee our internal facilities management, cafe and cleaning operations. Lead and manage our internal office services, cafe, and facilities teams, providing guidance and support.
Identify and implement process improvements for both cafe and cleaning operations teams.
Manage facilities budget, forecast expenditures, and negotiate vendor contracts.
Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all employees.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Manage special projects related to events and services, utilizing strong project planning and execution skills.
Oversee adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and create a detailed project plan to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, team members, and external partners.
Experience managing a team of direct reports in varied functions.
Exceptional organization and time management skills which allow for juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Knowledge of food and building safety standards and protocols.
Highly adaptable, thriving in an agile company environment with a keen attention to detail.
Experience collaborating across multiple departments/teams in a leadership capacity.
Proficiency in budget management and contract negotiation.
Successful completion of a background check.
Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $86,000 to $110,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
