We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst in Dayton, New Jersey. The role involves providing high-quality IT technical support to a diverse range of stakeholders within the organization. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity where the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to solving technical issues related to end user hardware and software, and provide guidance, assistance, and coordination in IT related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Tier 1/2 problem-solving support related to all end user hardware and software technical issues

• Provide high-level customer service to Senior Leaders within the organization

• Support users in utilizing video conferencing resources, with an emphasis on VIP support

• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to provide necessary support as required

• Maintain active directory and experience with Windows 7, 8 or 10 and Mac systems

• Support the organization in imaging, deskside support, and network or systems related issues

• Utilize skills in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Juniper NetScreen, AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Circuit Board, Computer Hardware, Windows 11, Remote access VPNs, and VPN Technologies

• Take initiative in providing high-level user support

• Build and configure end user devices

• Maintain excellent communication skills, both oral and written, while interacting with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.Deskto

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a NOC Technician.

• Demonstrable knowledge of Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).

• Proficient in handling Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies.

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is crucial.

• Expertise in using Juniper NetScreen.

• Experience in AB Testing is necessary.

• Proficiency in Active Directory.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is required.

• Understanding of Circuit Board.

• Must be well-versed in Computer Hardware.

• Proficiency in Windows 11.

• Experience with Remote access VPNs.

• Familiarity with VPN Technologies.
