Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing 480v 3-phase systems, reading schematics and ladder logic, and making minor adjustments to PLCs. The equipment you'll work with includes hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, electrical components/boards, CNC machinery, routers, saws, wrappers, and presses. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and comfortable working in dusty environments. Weekend work and overtime may be required as necessary .

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair 480v 3-phase systems

• Read and interpret schematics and ladder logic

• Make minor adjustments to PLCs

• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, electrical components/boards, CNC machinery, routers, saws, wrappers, and presses

• Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently

• Work in a dusty environment

• Be available for weekend work and overtime as necessary

Essential Skills

• Multi-craft industrial maintenance experience up to 480v 3-phase

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics

• PLC troubleshooting experience including reading and interpreting ladder logic, checking inputs, outputs, and faults

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Open to traveling between buildings (mileage reimbursement available)

• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Possess own tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in South Bend,IN.
