What you’ll do:

The Crisis Stabilization Manager is a member of the site team implementing the Rite of Passage program. The Therapeutic Manager is responsible for providing crisis interventions, contributing to case plans and prescriptive programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each youth on their case load. Crisis Stabilization Managers are the primary service providers for individual, group, family and case management services. This position reports to the Clinical Director and/or Program Director.

To be considered, you should:

  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

  • Be master’s level mental health professional

  • Have one year of prior experience working in a residential setting for children/NMD, their families and/or the Juvenile Justice/Child Welfare System.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Education

Required

  • Masters or better in Psychology

Experience

Required

  • 3 years: Case Management experience
