Job Description

Responsabilidades

• Auxiliar na criação de novas receitas e/ou adaptações quando necessário.

• Auxiliar na pré-preparação dos itens do cardápio (higiene e corte de alimentos).

• Auxiliar no controle/planejamento dos itens utilizados no cardápio.

• Montar e distribuir/atendimento dos Coffee Breaks e da Diretoria.

• Coletar e identificar amostras de alimentos.

• Transportar os alimentos da área de preparo para abastecer as geladeiras e estufas.

• Retirar os alimentos das geladeiras e estufas para abastecer os balcões térmicos.

• Retirar os produtos perecíveis da embalagem original para a realização das atividades de pré-preparo e preparo dos alimentos.

• Auxiliar na obtenção da padronização das preparações juntamente com 1/2 Oficiais e Cozinheiros Chefes, através da utilização das receitas padrão.

• Realizar serviços de higienização nas áreas internas e externas do Restaurante.

• Realizar limpeza diária de equipamentos e utensílios.

• Participar dos trabalhos desenvolvidos na filosofia interna das equipes de trabalho e segurança.

Requisitos

• Ensino Médio Completo.

• Conhecimento em restaurante e área da cozinha.

• Disponibilidade de horários para atuar em qualquer turno, finais de semanas e feriados quando houver a necessidade.

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Conhecimento na área de limpeza e higienização de ambientes.
