SHI PPSS Partner Operations Specialist - Tier 1 in Somerset, New Jersey
Job Summary
A PPSS Partner Operations Specialist – Tier 1’s primary focus is to support Sales and act as a subject matter expert for all operational needs for all centralized partners supported by this team. This position will support efficiencies for a wide range of requests regarding processes, effectiveness, profitability, and future initiatives. This position will report to a Manager of PPSS Partner Operations.
This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ or the SHI Austin office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
Guide SHI’s sales organization and assist with any/all deal registration and operational questions.
Take ownership of operational excellence/execution in submitting partner deal registrations and giving status updates via email and through CRM in a timely manner.
Act as a "go-to" operational resource for SHI’s sales organization to answer general questions about deal registration requirements, extensions, and/or updates.
Support the PPSS department by helping to identify any inefficient processes.
Responsible for managing a shared inbox and answering all e-mails promptly.
Pass along any changes or important information to teams/sales organizations.
Keep current and be a subject matter expert on all partner Deal registration programs, policies and procedures, and process promotions.
Facilitate team-building activities to continue to build a collaborative team culture.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external resources by ensuring deal registrations are up to date and submitted clean to prevent kickbacks and delays.
Continue industry education to maintain up to date knowledge.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance deal registration procedures and practices.
Learn the company’s internal sales systems and tools for deal registration, quoting, ordering, and sourcing products
Be proficient with partner/vendor/distribution tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or releveant work experience
Minimum 1 year of business office experience, Inside/outside sales experience or Partner Sales Support experience preferred

Experience with SharePoint

Certifications Required
- Maintain Partners’ Certifications must be maintained during employment if applicable
Unique Requirements
Position requires 10-15% travel for ongoing enablement and training
Extended hours are required to complete some special projects
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
