What you will be doing:

As an IBP Planning Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to support the company's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategy and processes for the Spine portfolio of products worldwide. By ensuring the maturity and efficiency of our IBP processes, you will contribute to the optimization of service levels, global inventory, and business agility. This role is crucial in driving execution and making a direct impact on the success of our business.

What impact you will also have:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand forecasts and accurate supply visibility. By working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Global Plan leaders, Regional Supply Chain teams, Finance, E2E Supply Chain, and Value Stream Leaders, you will contribute to the development of a comprehensive Integrated Business Plan.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality work.

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvements in our planning processes.

  • Support the implementation of new planning systems and tools by actively participating in their implementation.

  • Actively contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our IBP processes.

  • Create and manage metrics to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance. You will play a key role in measuring the success of our supply chain operations by developing and managing metrics that provide insights into our performance.

  • Support business/scenario planning (12-36 months horizon), inventory & CAPEX investment for future years (bridge with regions)Identify Risks and Opportunities in the IBP / BP to ensure trade-offs are reviewed and timely decisions are made within the process.

  • Periodically evaluate planning system parameters & settings.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered, and a Master's degree is preferred

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics or related field is required.

  • 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or related roles. You have a proven track record in successfully implementing supply chain planning strategies.

  • Proficiency in using supply chain planning software and tools. Your ability to effectively use these tools will improve the efficiency and accuracy of our planning processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Your ability to effectively work with teams from different departments is crucial.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work. Your meticulousness ensures the accuracy and reliability of our planning processes.

  • Basic knowledge of MRP and ERP systems (SAP/JDE)

Preferred:

  • APICS certification or equivalent. Possessing this certification demonstrates your commitment to professional development in the field of supply chain management.

  • Experience working in the medical device or healthcare industry. Familiarity with the unique requirements and challenges of the medical device industry is a plus.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Understanding the regulatory landscape and industry standards is beneficial in ensuring compliance and quality in our planning processes.

  • Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (OMP/Kinaxis/APO)

  • Limited travel within the United States may be required.
