Description We are in search of a Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist, located in Solon, Ohio, to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a knack for B2B marketing and proficiency in utilizing CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce. This position plays a significant role in our team, where you will be tasked with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, content development, and Salesforce administration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with account managers to develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns and tactics in HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms.

• Monitor and analyze ROI and KPIs to provide actionable insights for improvement.

• Execute A/B tests and report on results.

• Create and optimize lead nurturing workflows.

• Align and support SEO and PPC projects, with the potential to take ownership of some client SEO or PPC strategy and execution.

• Serve as a lead resource for client inquiries about marketing automation.

• Develop reports on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI.

• Propose and implement new technology and best practice ideas for improving technology implementations.

• Assist in writing and executing digital marketing campaigns and playbooks, including emails and social media.

• Ensure the consistency of content with our client’s brand and personas.

• Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content.

• Administer Salesforce by creating bidirectional syncs between marketing automation tools to client's Salesforce orgs; generate closed-loop ROI reports to showcase the return on marketing programs.

• Troubleshoot user issues and answer questions for clients in relation to Salesforce.

• Document processes and resources to share with clients to ensure best practices within their Salesforce organization.

• Collaborate with the Director of Digital Marketing and Marketing Managers to find areas of opportunities to upsell clients on new programs and tools based on ROI reports. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing

• Experience with CRM - Customer Relationship Manager and CRM Marketing

• Familiarity with Dynamic CRM and B2B Marketing

• Experience with Pardot and Salesforce Pardot

• Ability to use Marketing Automation Platform and Marketing Automation Software

• Knowledgeable in AB Testing and Lead Nurture

• Experience with PPC, PPC - Pay Per Click, and PPC Campaigns

• Ability to manage Client Reporting and Client Relations

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Digital Content creation

• Experience in Salesforce Administration

• Proficiency in Google Analytics

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
