Maintenance Planner

Shift - 1st

Pay - $29-$31

Job Description

Manage and assign routine and preventative maintenance on facilities and plant production equipment. Prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that align with the organization’s maintenance and production goals. Work directly with the Maintenance Manager to coordinate plant projects. Lead communication between maintenance and other internal departments to ensure timely, efficient, and quality service. Act as the primary liaison between maintenance and operations in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager. Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce mean time between failures and minimize interference with production schedules. Communicate effectively with Team Leads, Engineering, Supervisors, and outside vendors regarding projects and repair problems. Share CMMS ownership and direct technicians to install, repair, and maintain a wide variety of production and building equipment in conjunction with the Team Lead. Setup and coordinate vendor and contractor work required for facilities and production needs. Help maintain an optimal stock of spare parts and materials. Assist in coordinating large machinery moves and installations.
