Shift: 1st, 6:45am - 2:45pm, Some overtime required Maintenance Planner The maintenance coordinator's responsibilities include implementing and tracking preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers, performing regular inspections of equipment and supplies, and ordering replacement parts or services. Maintenance Planner Responsibilities: Developing maintenance plans and implementing them. Keeping track of supply and material inventories. Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required. Updating maintenance logs for all machinery. Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections. Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement. Assigning work orders and PMs to maintenance technicians. Maintenance Planner Requirements: Courses in mechanical drawing, woodworking, electricity, and blueprint reading, would be advantageous. Repair work experience. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Excel. Proficiency with CMMS software.
