Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician - Solon, OH - JOB 24-00898 Salary Range: $30.00 - $36.00/HR + paid travel time Permanent Position with Benefits. Solon area equipment manufacturer is seeking a Field Service Technician with hands-on electrical/electronic troubleshooting experience as well as general mechanical skills for field equipment assembly, installation, start-up, service, and technical support. REQUIREMENTS • Associate degree or technical school certificate • Experience with Service/Maintenance, Commissioning, and Customer Support • Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic / pneumatic drawings • Hands-on experience with wiring from schematics • Demonstrated electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills / PLC loading and troubleshooting • Out-going personality, professional demeanor, and well-developed communication skills • Physically capable to work in a shop environment (stand, kneel, climb, etc.) • 50 - 75% National Travel (USA). International Travel Mexico & Canada • Proven experience of support & servicing of OEM equipment. • Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC 17 th Edition equivalent. • Full, clean driving license • Passport required Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
