Description We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our IT Software team in SOLON, Ohio. This is a long-term contract opportunity that entails providing administrative support and assisting with billing and collection processes. The role will involve working in a hybrid environment, splitting time between the office and working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and update contacts in the company's system, NetSuite, and Excel.

• Efficiently process returned mail and look for emails in the system.

• Offer support to the team by assisting with various administrative tasks.

• Utilize strong computer skills to manage and maintain customer accounts.

• Handle billing collection and collecting payments, ensuring all procedures are accurately followed.

• Stay proactive in monitoring customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.

• Use MS Excel to track, analyze, and report on collection processes.

• Leverage expertise in NetSuite to ensure smooth collection processes.

• Assist with administrative duties as assigned.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all collection processes are completed in a timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Billing Collection and Collecting Payments

• Experience in Collection Processes

• Demonstrated ability to Collect Outstanding payments and balances

• Knowledge and experience using NetSuite software

• Advanced skills in MS Excel

• A solid understanding of IT Software industry practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
