We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the digital brand plans in the Nordic region.

The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborate with the Nordic Digital Product Manager, Consumer Brand Manager, and Healthcare Professional Brand Manager to implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The goal is to achieve market leadership in Glucose Monitoring and maximize commercial returns through effective digital, social media, and CRM marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage digital, social media, and CRM marketing plans to acquire and retain customers.

  • Drive EMEA/Global projects within the Nordics.

  • Manage website updates in AEM or through agencies, ensuring Veeva approvals.

  • Collaborate with agencies to create and execute marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure all digital materials align with brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate and implement digital/social campaigns, loyalty platforms, and digital customer engagement initiatives.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new digital initiatives.

  • Manage yearly website approvals and recertifications of Nordic digital assets.

  • Develop and manage Facebook content plans and editorial calendars.

  • Secure DSRB approval for new digital assets globally.

  • Optimize websites for SEO/SEM.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and company policies.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital strategies and report to management.

  • Liaise with support functions (Regulatory, Customer Services, GSM, External Agencies, and EMEA Marketing).

  • Stay updated on digital/social media trends and report monthly to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field.

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Experience in tactical digital roles and CRM marketing.

  • Creative and communication skills.

  • Fluent in at least one Nordic language and English (oral and written).

  • Experience in executing digital campaigns.
