Description

A leading company in North County San Diego is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. The candidate will perform a wide range of HR tasks, such as organizing meetings, updating employee records, and managing HR documents.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain the team's agenda.

• Maintain records of personnel-related data.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).

• 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.

• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

• Excellent record keeping skills.
